Every SHIFTR Trailer sold in the USA, Canada, or Mexico comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser.

What's Covered?
2-Year Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase.
Repair or Replacement: Defective parts, as determined by Futura Trailers, will be repaired or replaced with new or remanufactured components.
Authorized Service Support: Warranty service can be performed by Futura Trailers, an authorized dealer, or an approved service agent, with prior written consent.

If you experience an issue, it's as simple as 1-2-3:
Notify us or an authorised dealer as soon as possible.
Provide your trailer’s VIN (last 5 digits).
Return your trailer to an authorised service agent for inspection.
